Our merchants must meet strict performance criteria in order to
be listed in Ovago. We will have to hold your Morpoints payment until we

Additionally, neither Ovago nor any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates,
officers, directors, partners, shareholders, employees or agents guarantees the
products, refunds or rebates sold, offered or made by our merchant partners.
All guarantees are between you and the merchant. |

What if Ovago doesn't offer the store I want? |

We are working daily to ensure our member base enjoys a wide variety of goods
and services from quality merchants. If we do not have your favorite store, or
if you would like to recommend a store to us, simply email us. We will do
everything possible to add your merchant. |

What are "cookies" and how do I enable them? |

Cookies are simply text files that allow a site to recognize you

provide its shopping functionality. If your PC is configured to block pop-up

correctly. Therefore, please ensure that JavaScript is enabled and all pop-up

member, they’ll get their own Ovago PWS too, and they can start earning

As their referrer, you’ll earn a 5% equivalent of whatever Morpoints they

Most shoppers like to compare prices at different sites. If you
do this, you must make sure that you go back to Ovago first before returning to

merchant’s link within Ovago in order to earn Morpoints when you make a
purchase. |

How do I know how many Morpoints I will receive? |

The amount of Morpoints is indicated beside each merchant’s
name, for example, Magazines of America, 10x Morpoints. This means that for
every $1 you spend at Magazines of America, you’ll receive 10 Morpoints. |

Why do I earn different amounts of Morpoints at each merchant? |
|
|
We want to offer you the largest amount of Morpoints possible
from each merchant. The Morpoints you earn is based on each merchant’s gross
margin. And, as you can imagine, the gross margin on a computer would differ
greatly from that of a magazine. So, instead of setting a consistent Morpoint
percentage that would be low, we offer you the highest Morpoints amount
possible for each merchant. |

of time-limited free trials of useful services.
The number of Morpoints you get for trying each offer is indicated
beside the offer, and varies from offer to offer. |

Are these offers really free? |

Yes, they are really free. We understand that there are lots of
offers out there, all proclaiming to be free. Unfortunately, not all of them
are. That's why we are dedicated to featuring only genuine, free cash offers.
We apply a strict selection criteria to all the offers we find, so you can be
assured that the offers featured are truly, 100% free. |

I live outside of the U.S. Do the offers still apply to me? |

If you live outside of the U.S., you can either take those
offers that have a "For all countries" description, or select your

No. Free offers that do not require credit card information will

Why do I have to enter my credit card information for some of the free offers? |

user, that the user is genuine, as well as to prevent abuse. |

Will my credit card be charged during the free trial period? |

No. It is usually stated in the free trial terms and conditions
of each merchant that your credit card will not be charged. |

If you do not wish to continue with the service, there are usually two ways to
cancel:
1. For Opt-in services: To cancel the service, you do not need to do anything.
The service will automatically be terminated after your free trial expires. If
you wish to continue the service, simply make a purchase.
2. For Opt-out services: To cancel the service, please inform the merchant that
you wish to cancel the service BEFORE your free trial expires. If you wish to
purchase the service, you do not need to do anything. The merchant will
continue providing you with the service and start you on a paid plan. |

You can change your password, address and any other member
information in a snap by visiting the Member Area at

we can continue to properly inform you of great deals and send your rewards to

What happens if I forget my Member# and password? |
|

No worries. We have a Member# and password reminder facility
just for that. If you forget your Member#, you can use your email address to
sign in or enter your email address and we will send you your member# via
email. If you forget your password, simply enter your Member# and we will send

Warranties and Returns

What if I want to return or cancel an order? |
|
|
Returns are subject to the return policy of the merchant from
whom you purchased. If you return or cancel an item, we have to reverse any
Morpoints given from that sale.
Returns (also deemed as exchanges) will also make a Morpoint payment
ineligible. In the process of an exchange, the merchant cancels the old order
and replaces it with a new one. When doing this, the Ovago commission gets
reversed and a new commission is not established because the merchant has
created the new order (thus meaning the order was not completed through Ovago -
but placed through the merchant directly). Because of this, the merchant will
not pay us the commission, which means we have no Morpoints to pass on to you.
To avoid losing the Morpoints, in future transactions, please make sure
all returns are final and that IT IS NOT AN EXCHANGE. Have the merchant refund
your credit card, and then re-place the order through us to receive the
Morpoints.

If I make a purchase in Ovago, who should I contact if I have
a question/issue regarding my order? |
|

All transactions you make in Ovago take place between you and
the merchant -- just as if you went to their site directly to shop. If you have
a question or issue regarding your order, you should contact that specific
merchant’s customer service department. |

Cashing Out

How and when can I convert my Morpoints to cash? |
|

Each month, your Morpoints will automatically get converted to
cash. The cash will continue to accumulate in your account until you decide to
cash out. To cash out, simply log in to the Member Area and make an encashment

encashment request. For countries where we have established a banking
relationship with, the cash will be directly deposited into your account. For
